IT SUPPORT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

I keep your technology working.

Networks, hardware, and the applications your team relies on every day. When something breaks I find out why, fix it properly, and tell you in plain English what went wrong — so the same problem does not come back next month.

What I do

Most small businesses do not need a full IT department. They need someone reliable who picks up the phone, understands the whole setup, and gets things working again.

01

Networks and wifi

Slow connections, dead spots, dropouts, and networks that were set up years ago and never revisited. I sort out routers, switches, cabling, and remote access — and make sure the network is built to grow with you.

WIFI · ROUTERS · VPN · REMOTE ACCESS
02

Hardware and devices

Computers, laptops, servers, printers, and everything else that eventually stops cooperating. Repairs, upgrades, replacements, and setting up new machines so staff can actually start working on them.

PCS · LAPTOPS · SERVERS · PRINTERS
03

Applications and user support

Microsoft 365, email, shared files, and the software your business runs on. Accounts, access problems, and the everyday issues that stop someone getting their work done.

Backups and security

Backups that are tested rather than assumed, updates that actually get installed, and sensible protection against the threats that realistically affect small businesses. Security as part of good IT, not a scare story.

How I work

No jargon, no upselling, and no disappearing halfway through a job.

STEP 01

Understand it first

I look at how your setup actually fits together before changing anything. Most recurring faults are a symptom of something further back, and swapping parts at random gets expensive quickly.

STEP 02

Fix the cause

You get told what is wrong, what it will take, and what it will cost before I start. Where a quick fix is genuinely the right call I will say so — and where it is only delaying the problem, I will say that too.

STEP 03

Write it down

You end up with a record of what was done and why, in language you can read. Your IT should not be a mystery that only one person understands.

03

The Log

Notes from the work itself — what broke, how it was diagnosed, and what fixed it.

About

I am Sabbatino Marziano. I work with small businesses on the practical side of IT — the networks, machines, and applications that need to keep running for people to do their jobs.

A lot of what I know came from building and breaking things myself. I run a home lab where I test the kit and configurations I would put in front of a client, which means I have usually made the mistakes already, on my own equipment rather than yours.

I also work on the security side of IT, and that shapes how I set things up: sensible backups, controlled access, and systems that fail safely. It is one part of doing the job properly rather than a separate product I am trying to sell you.
